2021 Acura TLX

After a ten-year hiatus, the Acura TLX is back. Boasting a dashingly sporty exterior design and a host of cutting-edge performance and tech features, the Acura TLX provides drivers with a distinctly futuristic sedan option. Whether you're looking for a sporty sedan that stands apart from the rest or you're looking for a versatile, sporty sedan for your daily commute, the Acura TLX is an excellent model to consider.

The 2021 Acura TLX will be available in two trim versions: TLX and TLX Type S. The 2021 TLX comes equipped with a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that manages 272 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque. The TLX Type S steps up the power with a 3.0-liter turbocharged engine (specs have yet to be released). Regardless of the engine selected, drivers can look forward to a ten-speed automatic transmission. Other notable performance features that will be available with the TLX include a quad exhaust, adaptive dampers, and NSX Electro-Servo brakes.

The interior of the Acura TLX is equally as impressive as the exterior. The Acura TLX comes standard with a 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment display and a True Touchpad Interface. Notable available tech features include a 10.5-inch full-color head-up display, an ELS STUDIO 3D premium audio system, and 4G LTE Wi-Fi connectivity.

Exterior Design

The Acura TLX boasts a distinctly angular, sporty exterior design that changes depending on the trim selected. The base LTLX boasts A-Spec exterior features that include Shark Grey 19-inch wheels, gloss black accents to the front/rear, a rear decklid spoiler, and darkened headlights. The TLX Type S adds in a unique open-surface diamond pentagon grille, side air intakes, an aggressive front splitter/rear diffuser, and large quad exhaust outlets.
