This was by far the most pleasurable and fastest car buying experience ever! When I pulled up, there wasn't a crew of salesmen crowded at the entrance ready to hound customers. I was greeted right away. There was no pressure at all. I was allowed to look around and test-drive what I wanted. When the test-drive was over, I was invited in to complete the paperwork. The showroom floor was immaculate. The staff was friendly. The numbers met my expectations. When I arrived, I had no idea that in 90 minutes I'd be cleaning out my old car and driving off in a brand new RDX.
There were issues obtaining my credit score due to fraud alerts and a freeze I had placed on my account. Yet, the dealership team was very patient and professional. I even was allowed to drive the vehicle until everything was situated. They made a stressful situation very pleasant. And more importantly, they worked diligently to obtain a fair purchase price.
