Here at Acura of Little Rock, our team takes great pride in having achieved a 10% reduction in our dealership's total energy use over these last few months. We understand that the preservation of our environment is not a luxury, but instead a necessity. Fortunately, the Acura Environmental Leadership Program is in support of this. Based on a comprehensive set of environmental best practices that were designed by Acura specifically for auto dealerships like our very own, this program is one that our team members are thoroughly committed to participating in.

Participation in the Acura Environmental Leadership Program

Acura's commitment to our environment extends well beyond its lineup of fuel-efficient vehicles. With around 39% of U.S. energy consumption and CO2 emissions being accounted for by buildings, we can say with confidence that dealerships such as ourselves consume significant amounts of energy. With this in mind, Acura has created a program that rewards its dealership for going green.

To secure such a status, dealerships are encouraged to track their energy usage, install high efficiency cooling and heating systems, while also installing water efficient fixtures that can cut water consumption by 30-50%. It is with great pride that we can say that Acura of Little Rock has been recognized as Environmental Leader after having achieved green dealership status.
